Not the best place that you wanted to end up. But manageable I would never live there if I had the choice.
All mobile homes in here needs to be all new. I mean if you got live within your means. Here's what you get. Roaches coming in your mobile home bugs. I mean damn good for 30years. I almost was going to be a resident here. After seeing what I saw. I stayed away. Need to clean up the place not act like nothing is wrong here. That's what your doing.
Nice quiet little mobile home park and clean
1 AM and my neighbor's stereo is hitting 75 dB inside my house! Afternoons it is 85 dB and no one does ANYthing about it for a year now . Great place to live if you are hearing impaired otherwise stay away.Been here 24 years and I can't get out soon enough to be away from this noise.Edit 07 2018: Ok I was unfair but it was late and I was annoyed; I'll up it to 3 stars. Most of the park is probably quite fine but I happened to be in a small pocket that was not. Fernando and Steve have always been pretty good/understanding when things go wrong and might not have been aware of these problems. Hopefully my letter of leaving alerted them to a problem area and they took steps to address it.I'd still suggest to any prospective owner/renter to cruise through the area you are looking at late on a weekend to be sure your lot is in a quiet area though.
Lot rent and water/sewer services payments raise every year. I started at $315.00 a month and now i am paying $433.00 a month on just the MH lot. i just get a lettter yesterday ( 11-28-2017) with another $20.00 increase on the lot rent.If you get a 6 second visit and park in your OWN parking spot, that person will be tow away at $130.00 fee.Other than that is a great place to live.
