Terrible response time. After messages left, often never a call back and when they finally call back they are very rude. The maintenance supervisor was shockingly rude and dismissive.

Not only is Coldwell Banker CSC not addressing the inconsistencies in their story about rescinding the permission of trained Marine vets guarding the Jacksonville NC recruiting station, but they are deleting people's questions and comments about it. Furthermore, they have gone on to say that permission was never granted to the vets, when in fact it was and was verified by Jacksonville PD and 2 local news stations, then it is "their policy of Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partner that only uniformed personnel carry weapons on their properties" (funny, as a active 2A supporter and Jacksonville resident, I can assure everyone the only "gun free zone" in that strip mall prior to this incident 22 July 15 is the RS), while on their Facebook page snarkishly telling Jacksonville residents that objected to the vets permission to stand sentry being revoked that "Mr Benack never obtained permission; therefore you cannot rescind something that was never given", "the news reports are inaccurate" and that "if the Armed Forces wants armed security they can do so". When approached by the media, their reasoning becomes " we though he was affiliated in some way with the recruiting station", and when that was called out for the blatant fallacy that it is they issued a public statement citing first they were not comfortable with the situation as the vets were unknown to them, the recruiters and JPD". And then another statement the next day that none of this was of their doing, that as third party property managers they are only working at the direction of the property owner. All the while, never addressing the inconsistencies in their story. You can't do that in the same town that is home t largest Marine Corps base on the East coast. I will tell you what they did do in response to the massive backlash and plummeting rating they are receiving- (maybe Coldwell Banker doesn't like being confronted with their failures, or 2A/military supporters or the fact that I have screen shots proving their evolving story and falsehoods)- the only response you get when you expect accountability from Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast- Wilmington is blocked from commenting. I actually found that a bit surprising considering I am one of the few who did not curse, insult, yell in all caps or use obscene or offensive language in any of my communications. And that's fine, this is a free country and I am free to boycott any business that is unfortunate enough to be on a Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners managed property.
Vey disappointed that your company has decided that the safety of soldiers in Westwood Village Shopping Center in Jacksonville is not important enough to allow protection from an armed volunteer guard. Our soldiers are being attacked, and it won't stop in Chattanooga. Wrong decision!
