Horrible customer service. Rude and disrespectful.
Having lived in this area for over 25 years, I was thrilled when the postal service opened in Wrigglesworth Ace Hardware. It is my go to post office. The staff is always helpful and friendly, directing me to the right product for my mailing needs. Thanks.
The older lady with blonde hair is very rude every single time I go in there. Needless to say, I won't be back until she is gone and someone who is more friendly and helpful is working the counter.
I went in to mail a package, and the lady was very rude. I handed the shipping label to her, because every post office puts the priority tape on the label for me because it's prepaid poshmark. The lady said why are you handing me this? with a very bad attitude and hateful look on her face. She looked at me like I was an idiot. I understand that she might not have any tape, but she didn't have to have such a horrible attitude. Needless to say, I put the priority box back and walked out. I am now going to the post office on Lennon Drive where they are always nice and helpful.
Very warm, the lady and all the staff have great customer service. Will recommend this location!Better than Oleander and Carolina Beach locations.
