Coastal Reef has been under new management for the last several months so I urge anyone who has had a bad experience to revisit the store and see the changes first hand. If the hours are posted the store will be open and opened on time! Fresh healthy livestock regularly with arguably the most knowledgeable staff in town!
Im sorry but all these negative reviews are wrong. Store has been open every time I've come and the tanks and there occupants are always in great health. Everything I've purchased is alive to this day!
This is the best fish store!!! I come in about 2 or 3 times a week and every time it's cleaner and clearer. The staff is always working hard to improve every aspect of the the store and keeping the customers in mind in what they expect from a quality store. They are always willing to answer any and every question you can think of no matter the significance and willing to research with you and order anything they may not have in stock fish and dry stock wise. Also if you can't make it to the store you can call and they will schedule a time to help with tank maintenance and come out to your house or business. These guys go above and beyond for this hobby and to me that's what it takes. I'd recommend this store to all friends and family who are beginners or pros in and who are interested in getting the best corals, fish, inverts, dry goods, frozen fish food, salt and rodi water or information. Best store in eastern North Carolina for sure!!!!!!
