I used Valor Moving just today. Both the guys and the move went so incredibly well that I chose to write a review after they left today. I had the belongings of my home in two storage units. My new home is over an hour's drive from the storage units. These guys were on time, made the extra stop to pick up our things, never stopped for a break, delivered our things to us and placed them where we wanted them to go. The staff members of Valor were the most professional and courteous movers with whom we have ever done business (and this is our 13th move). Their company name could just as easily been named "Esteem" Moving Company, and their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Valor Moving Company and will definitely be using them for my next move.
We used Valor for a local Wilmington move and could not have been more pleased with our choice. From the initial consultation through to the last box being unloaded, Ron, James and their team were true professionals. The team was well led and were all very courteous the whole day. They worked hard all day long, never slowing up even after a very tough day of heavy lifting and hot weather. Our belongings were in perfect condition at our new home by the time the guys left. Some businesses develop a culture amongst their team that ensures the customer is left feeling completely satisfied. Valor is one of those companies and I have no hesitation highly recommending them!
We recently used Valor to move which involved picking up furniture from 4 different locations to move to one new location! It was a full day but the entire crew was fabulous - they were timely (even early), professional and careful with our belongings (wrapping and covering delicate pieces) and extremely efficient in their approach to packing. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is moving!!
We moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a house in the middle of July. From start to finish, working and communicating with the company was great. They were exactly on time and super professional and friendly. They preformed the task quickly and efficiently. Everything was placed exactly where I wanted it to be, nothing was damaged and they were very careful to not damage any walls or flooring during the move. Id recommend them to anybody who is moving. The cost and trouble youd go through renting a truck and moving everything yourself definitely outweighs their fee without a doubt. I look forward to using them again if we ever need anything else moved.
