Location is really good. Close to the city centre, so there are many options for finding food. Its also close to the coast. The room was small, but it was enough for me.
Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Room was so big and comfortable. The staff were brilliant, making it feel like a family affair.

Great little hotel with a welcome second to none , on arrival greeted by a quintessentially English lady with the charm of an English Rose so made welcome before even getting the key to my room. The room was very spacious , clean and tidy with a large bed with welcoming white linen. In a nice location close enough to both seafront and town centre. No hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Eastbourne.
Visiting from Canada - We found Jane the owner, a wonderful, warm and friendly lady. Our room was bright, fresh and clean. The Bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean with lots of fresh white towels! Had a wonderful view facing Jane's well kept back garden. Minutes walk into the town centre, restaurants and the beach! Breakfast was a delight and prepared each morning by Jane herself. Parkview Hotel comes very highly recommended and we will definitely be back for another visit.
