Outdoor equipment repair and sales. Will work on almost any brand and stay very busy, especially in the warmer months. Expect a 2 or 3 week wait for repairs. They are thorough and reasonably priced. Will also order parts.
Their prices are too high. Honest Engine is much more reasonable and their employees are much friendlier. I recommend Honest Engine over Cape Fear Outdoor any day!!
Cape Fear Outdoor Equipment Company is the best small gas engine Outdoor Equipment retail business that I have ever had the pleasure or doing business with. The employees a very knowledgeable forthcoming and willing to help Beyond reproach. The business ethics involved a high degree of customer service coupled with honesty and a huge sense of fairness. To shop somewhere else makes no sense to me if I'm looking for any of the services that they offer or products that they sell.
