Great gym! Love classes! However, instructors tend to favor skilled athletes. I think all should be focused on.
Ive loved how welcoming the atmosphere has always been especially at the Mayfaire location. For the last 2 months Ive been training with Cate and Ive seen a world of difference and cant wait to continue on to get the results I want.
It is very conducive to work out and there's a lot of nice people there
Clean, well kept facility, Good variety of equipment. Could use a little more space for free weights like squatting and Russian dead lifts but the space is there and have had good workouts there.
I recently re-joined 02 Fitness after several years of working out of town and was pleasantly surprised that not only had the club expanded to several locations around Wilmington but that they had upgraded their equipment and offer even more excellent fitness classes! Having worked out in many different fitness clubs around the country, very few are as well run, clean and welcoming!!!
