Who ever came up with the dumb idea of having people slide across the seats for traffic court needs to be replaced I never in my life seen something so unorganized in my life

I called once and they told me everythig i needed to know then i called them two months later and its like they knew nothing at all and now idk what to do
Surprisingly mediocre and unhelpful magistrate... You'd think she was the Wizard of Oz. I came here from out of town to get married and was given the run around because we were from out of town and didn't have witnesses. Rather than using any colleagues inside that office, we were told to go to the deeds office to see if they'd be witnesses because they usually do that sort of thing. They were also unhelpful. What really irritated me the most is when I talked to her she said "Can you give me a minute?" I replied "sure" but then she responded with "what are you here for?" So I started answering her and she she said "Can you give me a minute?" I just thought it was rude/misleading. Don't ask for a minute then ask me a question and not let me respond.
Everyone I talked to was very nice. It's not really a place you want to find yourself, but it was as pleasant an experience as possible. The staff was helpful and funny.
