I have several things from this boutique and I have loved each and every thing for its style and individuality from other boutiques. However, I recently bought a sweater there without trying it on. It didnt fit me properly so I tried to return it, however you cannot return things without the tags still attached. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this policy and I had removed the tags. I understand that employees need to follow company policies, but the treatment I received when trying to return this was degrading. It could have been handled in a much better manner. I accepted I could not return the sweater and was embarrassed being talked down to when leaving the store. I regret having this experience because I love the clothes but am no longer comfortable shopping here.
Cute clothes and great prices but the girls in there are TERRIBLE and RUDE. Wish the group of girls that worked there a couple of years back were still there, because they were a lot nicer and actually helped out. No one greets you and all they do is gossip and stare you down..which isn't doing the store any good because it just makes me rush out of there from feeling unwelcome. Cute clothes but customer service makes me not want to give this boutique business.
I love to shop at Julie's in Mayfair for myself and my daughters. The friendliest and most helpful staff always greet us by name and are super helpful and thoughtful. The store manager, Kaylee is an amazing person. Kaylee asks my girls about their school events and makes the experience so positive, even though one of my girls doesn't like to shop she will always go to Julie's. Kaylee always offers to get sizes if she doesn't have what we need in her store. Absolutely the best boutique in Wilmington...I never leave empty handed or empty hearted....
This store always keeps up with the latest trends and the associates are so friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere affordable and stylish to shop! Very welcoming environment.
This is the best and most affordable boutique in Wilmington. I love how it sells the brands and styles I love while also being friendly to my wallet. The girls that work there are so friendly, too! They always remember my name and help me find the perfect outfit for whatever occasion I have coming up. Compared to other boutiques in Mayfaire, the employees and merchandise make this boutique a favorite.
