I booked a pickup truck online and when I arrived, they didn't actually have any pickup trucks. The staff member offered me a mini van as a replacement. Since I needed the truck for hauling, this wasn't acceptable. She was apologetic and friendly, and I won't put any fault on her. Their faulty system that allowed me to book a vehicle that wasn't there earned them a 2 star review ans lost my business. The associate is the only reason it's not a one star.
I had a MAJOR issue and then it took a while to correct - but the manager Michelle finally got it resolved and refunded - so, while at first I was unhappy, she went the extra mile to resolve it.
Staff was super friendly but the cars were filthy, smoked in and weren't available when we arrived as reserved. Then, even though our full size class wasn't available and there were upgrades available, we were downgraded at nearly the same price. Budget rentals made it right as they overheard what was going on!
Friend's Thrifty rental car went flat less than 24 hours after getting the car. He called to see if they would simply switch the car out, but they only offered to tow it away or to put the temporary spare tire on. Being less than 20 minutes from the rental facility, it was disappointing that the company refused to have another vehicle delivered and exchanged for the one with the flat. Based on this experience, I would avoid using this rental company.
Looks like this location has seriously turned it around! new management sure does work wonders. Employees were very respectful and informative! I even received a free upgrade for my wait (3 minutes if that!). i would highly recommend this location to other renters.
