It was my first camping experience ever and I love it. Very clean and quiet. Can't wait to come back again with the whole family.
My family loves this place. We've been coming here for over 10 years. Pretty wooded area. Campground staff & neighbors are friendly.
Just across the bridge from Paradise Island, it's perfect for a camping trip at the beach with the family. I just wish it was oceanfront, haha, can't complain with such a great price though. Headed back next year! ALSO.. they do sell firewood and ice here, very convenient.
Based on our experience, I am giving this place 4 stars...and not mistakenly. The place definitely needs some TLC and there sites are consumed mostly by permanent residents; however, the staff is courteous and everyone in the place was super friendly. Our American Bulldog enjoyed meeting and greeting with the numerous dog residents, but he does not like cats (of which we saw a few wandering around) and fussed a little at them. All in all, we feel like we will return next year we go to the beach.
