It's always wonderful visiting this place. It's set up wonderfully with many options for sitting. They offer food as well. Friendly staff who go above, I love what this place stands for.
Fast service and super-friendly staff. Iced latte is simple and delicious. Cookie and cream frappe is amazing!!!The best part is the store employs people with special needs. Its an amazing interaction, and I high recommend visiting.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The shop has a great atmosphere. The man at the register was very friendly and told us facts about our hometown. The coffee was excellent and we got lots of great gifts for our family. We highly recommend everyone check it out whether you are a local or just visiting.
Came by here on our way back home to Raleigh and had a great experience. The coffee was great and we really enjoyed talking to Matt!! We will come back for the coffee and for the great customer service. Matt gave us better service than we have gotten anywhere in Raleigh in months. See you next time!!
What a terrific wonderful coffee shop. The cafe is staffed with people that have disabilities. A great way to let the community know there are jobs for everyone. The staff are so caring, checking with customers to be sure they dont need anything, more employers need to stop by Bitty & Beaus, this may open their eyes, couldnt get more dedicated staff. Highly Recommend. Ive returned several times and plan to continue.
