I like memory lane comic because I go with my dad, I also got all my favorite comic book. Sometimes I just look at the book cover if I want to buy it or not.
Neat little place for the Comic lover. Our teenagers enjoyed it and purchased a few items. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Memory Lane is by far the most personal and catered comic book store I've ever been in. In addition to bring the top comic book store in Wilmington, it's one of the best I've experienced across the country. Such a great selection of vintage comics, DC and marvel, plus action figures and collectibles. If you're in Wilmington, I highly recommend that you stop by memory lane for a souvenir from the coast! It's perfect for any comic book fan!
One of my favorite things to do in other cities is check out local comic shops. Memory Lane is a great little store in downtown Wilmington. They have a wide range of merchandise to choose from and the store owners seemed friendly. I talked to one of them (Ben, I think) for several minutes. I bought a used trade before leaving, because I believe in supporting good shops.
The best Comic Book shop in the Wilmington area! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. As a female I feel very comfortable going in here, (unlike other shops in town.) I did not grow up reading comics, but started going in because of my husband. They have more than just comics. Jake, Ben and Eric have been great at helping me find something special for my husband's birthday. They offer lots of activities to get people involved( board games, book club- I know there are many more I just check out their Facebook page.) They have even made suggestions for book series that I now enjoy reading. Plus, they were helpful in finding books for my 6 year old nephew, who now is very excited to read. ( Isn't this a goal, get kids reading?) They are easy to work with for subscriptions, and we enjoy going in each week to see what's in the box. Simply, just good people!!
