Provide linen at our rental. Towels and sheets are top notch and soft. Better than most hotels stuff. Also appreciate the way they come packaged in easy to use sets. What a great service .
Our experience was short-lived, but honestly kinda weird with them. The first orders were each incomplete, missing one sheet set. And rather than falling on their swords, they got riled and defensive. And repeatedly stated that we, the customers, were wrong, or someone else had been there and moved the missing items. We felt like we were getting fired for having the audacity to complain. They did make both orders right, but not without a completely unnecessary third degree. We suspect they provide excellent service so long as THEY don't make a mistake. Needless to say, we moved on after these first two problems.
Craig and the staff at Seaside Linen are truly a joy to work with! I work with Seaside Linen to provide linen service to a rental condo I own in Carolna Beach, and they always come through! The staff is pleasant, courteous, and eager to please. The linens are basic white, which is great for my condo, and when my renters arrive, the beds are made and everything is ready for them. My guests can also reach out to Seaside directly for rental of things like beach towels and chairs, and all will be at the condo when they arrive. No muss, no fuss for our guests.Twice I have had to come into town unexpectedly for a quick stay in my condo, and called at the last minute to request linens. Each time Seaside was able to pull something together to accomodate my request. I don't intend to make last-minute requests a habit, but they really came through in my crisis situation!I highly recommend Seaside Linens!
