The management and the whole staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They consistently asked if I needed anything for my group. They ensured I had everything I needed for set up and tear down. They were all so helpful. I will definitely use Defy Gravity Wilmington for future group events.
We had a birthday party for my daughter and it was amazing. Enough time to play and eat and clean up. The staff was helpful and hilarious. Erin Really helped me out when she noticed I was having a hard time, and place it self was clean and safe. Great place for a birthday party!!!
My little one is almost two and has a blast here. I like that they offer certain times of the morning that parents can jump for free. It's always clean and staff are polite. Would be a great place for a birthday party.
We have always enjoyed our time at Defy Gravity. Having a hour for 6 and under to explore the whole place safely is what keeps us returning (9-10am). Its also a perk that Parents jump for free until noon daily!
Wow! Such a fun venue for our whole family (parents and kids of various ages). Ill definitely be returning again! Everyone working there was super nice too. The manager at the front desk was extremely helpful, and one of the employees volunteered to bring my child a replacement grip sock when hers slipped off in the foam pit. Great place!
