Great line staff, and very friendly customer service ladies at the desk. 5 star service. Great city to visit as a pilot too. Super cool relaxed beach town with a lot of young people.
This Airport is outstanding and awesome we enjoy providing ground transportation at Air Wilmington Airport every time we get the chance.
Courtesy car for pilots was capped at one hour. We went about 25-30 minutes over, but didnt inconvenience anyone since the other courtesy car was sitting in the parking lot, unused. Charge for going over the time limit was $50. Best part: we used the car to go to a restaurant they recommended, which was what took so long. 20 years of flying - never seen a time limit/fine policy for a crew car.
They were very helpful, nice facilities.
